The Stokke® Snoozi™ is a portable and easy-to-assemble daybed, designed to give a comfortable place to rest during the day. Launched in 2023, it focuses on mobility, breathability and simplicity. Unlike a full-size crib, the Stokke® Snoozi™ is made specifically for daytime naps and awake-time rest, though we would not recommend to use it as a primary nighttime sleeping solution. The Stokke® Snoozi™ is an excellent option for secondary sleeping spaces, whether it's within the living room, or during trips. Assembly is quick and requires no tools, further enhancing its appeal for travel.
The Stokke® Snoozi™ has two configurations:
- High position: from birth to 6 months
- Low position: from 6 to 9 months - to ensure that babies cannot climb out of the previous high position
Adjusting from one position to another requires the use of a string to remove the textile from the frame. When this mechanism has not been used for a long time, the residual tension from having weight inside the Stokke® Snoozi™ can make it impossible to use this string without releasing this tension first. It is important to not apply brute force, as this can cause the string to break. Instead, to release the tension, the mattress and base should be briefly taken out and the user should run their fingers to push the textile positioned on the inner side upwards, all around the inner side of the frame. This will release the residual tension and it will be possible to use this string to briefly remove the textile from the frame to have it adjusted to the other position.
The Bag is an optional accessory for the Stokke® Snoozi™, designed to package the product inside for storage or travel purposes. In order to put the product inside the Snoozi, only the legs must be removed - the rest of the product can remain assembled, making storage and transportation quite quick and easy.
The Fitted Sheets are an optional but recommended accessory, to ensure that the child is always touching fresh sheets for hygienic purposes. One set includes 2 sheets, which can then be cycled between while the other is being washed.
The Protection Sheet is an optional accessory which can be placed between the mattress of the Stokke® Snoozi™ and the Fitted Sheets. The Protection Sheet prevents leakages from going through the Fitted Sheets to the mattress, in case there may be liquids or other substances being expelled from the child. It is much easier to have to clean just the Protection Sheet and Fitted Sheets instead of having to clean the entire mattress, which would also need sufficient time to fully dry before being used again, to prevent molding.
