Versions & compatibility - Stokke® Trailz™

Stokke® Trailz™ V1 (aka Silver) (November 2014 - October 2018)

Special features:

• Same size as its predecessor, the Stokke® Crusi™, which was active between 2012-2016 in parallel.
  • Used the same Carry Cot & Seat, but the Stokke® Trailz™ was incompatible with the sibling seat adaptor of the Stokke® Crusi™.
• The frame of the Trailz™ was silver, making it look similar to the Crusi™.
• Pneumatic "Terrain" wheels, allowing usage on otherwise difficult terrain.
  • Classic Crusi™-styled wheels were launched in February 2017 as an optional purchase, to serve as an alternative to the pneumatic wheels.
• Adjustable foam handlebar.

Compatibility and incompatibility:

• Anything that fits the Trailz™ V2 also fits the Trailz™ V1.
• The "Stroller" Carry Cot was shared between Crusi™ and Trailz™.
• The "Stroller" Seat was shared between Crusi™, Trailz™ and Xplory®.
  • The "Stroller" Seat version was V4 & V5 during the lifetime of Trailz™ V1, though all seats used for Xplory® V3-V6 & X can be safely fitted on the Trailz™ V1.

Stokke® Trailz™ V2 (aka Black) (November 2018 - August 2020)

Special features & change log:

• Able to use the same Carry Cot & Seat as the previous version.
• The frame of the new Trailz™ was black, making it easy to distinguish between the older and newer version.
• Buyers had the option of pneumatic "Terrain" wheels or Crusi™-styled "Classic wheels".
• Adjustable leatherette handlebar.

Compatibility and incompatibility:

• Anything that fits the Trailz™ V1 also fits the Trailz™ V2.
• The "Stroller" Carry Cot was shared between Crusi™ and Trailz™.
• The "Stroller" Seat was shared between Trailz™ and Xplory®.
  • The "Stroller" Seat version was V6 during the lifetime of Trailz™ V2, though all seats used for Xplory® V3-V6 & X can be safely fitted on the Trailz™ V2.
