Versions & compatibility - Stokke® iZi Go series by BeSafe®

Stokke® iZi Go X1 by BeSafe® (ca. 2012 - ca. 2018)

Special features:

  • No adapters required to attach to the range of Stokke® strollers.
  • Stokke® branded textiles, logo and serial number, though the design itself matches the parallel (non-Stokke®) version from BeSafe®.

Compatibility and incompatibility:

  • Car seat can be attached without adapters to the following Stokke® strollers:
    • Stokke® Xplory® (only from SN 24770 onwards)
    • Stokke® Crusi™
    • Stokke® Trailz™
    • Stokke® Scoot™
  • The matching ISOFIX base can only be used with the iZi Go X1 series.

 

Stokke® iZi Go Modular by BeSafe® (ca. 2016 - ca. 2019)

Special features & change log:

  • No adapters required to attach to the range of Stokke® strollers.
  • Marked the first of the "Modular" series for iZi Go, enabling compatibility with other "Modular" items within the BeSafe® range, even if they were not Stokke® branded.
    • This allowed for growth with the child, as the ISOFIX base could be reused with a different "Modular" series age group car seat within the BeSafe® product range.
  • Stokke® branded textiles, logo and serial number, though the design itself matches the parallel (non-Stokke®) version from BeSafe®.

Compatibility and incompatibility:

  • Car seat can be attached without adapters to the following Stokke® strollers:
    • Stokke® Xplory® (only from SN 24770 onwards)
    • Stokke® Crusi™
    • Stokke® Trailz™
    • Stokke® Scoot™
  • The matching ISOFIX base supports any BeSafe® car seat which includes the name "Modular" in its original BeSafe® version name.
    • This means it can also safely be used with the YOYO car seat by BeSafe®, as it is also part of the Modular BeSafe® series.

 

Stokke® iZi Go Modular X1 by BeSafe® (ca. 2019 - ca. 2024)

Special features & change log:

  • No adapters required to attach to the range of Stokke® strollers.
  • Stokke® branded textiles, logo and serial number, though the design itself matches the parallel (non-Stokke®) version from BeSafe®.
    • New cushion with better backrest angle for newborns compared to the previous version.
    • New headrest, making the available headrest space wider compared to the previous verison.

Compatibility and incompatibility:

  • Car seat can be attached without adapters to the following Stokke® strollers:
    • Stokke® Xplory® (only from SN 24770 onwards)
    • Stokke® Beat™
    • Stokke® Trailz™
  • Not officially tested with older discontinued frames, therefore compatibility cannot be confirmed for:
    • Stokke® Crusi™
    • Stokke® Scoot™
  • The matching ISOFIX base supports any BeSafe® car seat which includes the name "Modular" in its original BeSafe® version name.
    • This means it can also safely be used with the YOYO car seat by BeSafe®, as it is also part of the Modular BeSafe® series.
