If you have placed an order on the Stokke® webshop, you would be receiving your order via courier delivery. Ideally, someone should be available to accept the parcel. Some carriers may also offer options prior to delivery taking place, such as determining a safe location for the delivery driver to leave the package, though this may be dependent on both the carrier as well as the market.
In case there is no one available to accept the delivery, a delivery is typically attempted again the next day. Alternatively, the parcel might be taken to a local drop-off location for the customer to pick up at their own convenience, albeit with a time limitation of approximately 7 days before the parcel is returned to the shipper.
It is not possible for Stokke® to request custom delivery options for any order, as these are dependent on the local options and processes of each carrier. While some might be relieved to have parcels brought to a drop-off location due to scheduling limitations, it may be a frustrating experience for others.
The same principles also apply if you are to receive spare parts or replacement products from Stokke®.
It is best to always keep an eye on the tracking details once the parcel has been shipped, to always know the latest news regarding delivery.
