Stokke® places great importance in sustainable solutions and tries to minimize the environmental waste of scrapping repairable products whenever possible. While most Stokke® products are not very complex by design and can be repaired by end users using easily replaceable spare parts, there are a few more complex products which sometimes require the expertise of a professional.
The following Stokke® strollers have historically been subject to repairs at our partnered repair locations:
- Stokke® Xplory®
- Stokke® Trailz™
- Stokke® Crusi™
- Stokke® YOYO®
It is possible for end users to replace more simple parts themselves, such as wheels or handles, but there are central parts of the frame which poses too great of a risk for self-repairs. It is recommended to always reach out to Stokke® prior to attempting to dismantle a product to a point where it can no longer be reassembled correctly. The Stokke® warranty becomes void if repairs are attempted by an unauthorized third party, including the user themselves.
Please note that if you are experiencing a problem and are still within the warranty period, please reach out to our Stokke® team to determine the optimal solution for your issue using the Warranty & Claims form. This may or may not include an in-warranty repair service.
If your product is no longer within the warranty period and you might need assistance, please consider reaching out directly to one of our partners to see if they might be able to assist. If you have an older product version, it can decrease the chances of the repair center having the parts available to assist.
The official Stokke® repair partners are located in the following countries (and cities):
- Buggy Pitstop (London, UK)
- SOS Poussettes (Lyon, France)
- Bubuclean (Barcelona, Spain)
Repairs are also handled by a few trusted internal partners in certain markets which do not have external contact information available, though such repairs would need to be facilitated via the Stokke® Customer Service team.
