If you have purchased the 6+ Color Pack for your YOYO stroller (version YOYO³ or older), it does not come with the 6+ canopy wires, 6+ seat base (often referred to as the 6+ base fabrics), 6+ harness (included with the 6+ seat base), nor backrest. The 6+ Color Pack is only a set of textiles which includes the canopy and seat pad. The aforementioned parts only come with the original purchase of the YOYO frame and often get misplaced, as they are not immediately required if the child is not yet 6 months old.
The backrest is required for the 0+ Newborn Pack and the 6+ Color Pack, so this is misplaces less often, but it is a common misunderstanding to expect that the 6+ Color Pack comes with items which were already included with the frame. If such a missing items claim comes in several months after purchase, it is not something that the support team can assist with - these parts have been made available on the website for purchase if they are misplaced or lost.
Any claims for such missing parts must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase for the frame (not 6+ Color Pack) and should be shortly after purchase - not several months later. Due to how the frame and accompanying parts are packaged and weighed prior to shipping, such pieces are not known to be missing from the original packaging of the YOYO frame.
