To register your product for Extended Warranty, please log in to your Stokke® account and proceed to the warranty registration portal.
After a product has been registered, it will appear under your "Product Registration & Warranties" area, which you can navigate to by clicking on your profile icon. This effect will not always be instantaneous, so please wait a while before assuming that anything has gone wrong. In case of any potential issues, the Stokke® team would be notified and will reach out to you, likely asking to verify a few details before the registration successful appears on your account.
The registration itself will display the product name (excluding colour specification), serial number and the dates of when it has been purchased and when the warranty will expire. After the warranty expires, the green dot will turn red.
Please note that standard warranty guidelines apply for the Extended Warranty as they would for products within the regular warranty period. In order for the Extended Warranty to be valid, users are expected to keep their Proof of Purchase, which includes the:
- Name of seller
- Clear purchase date
- Itemized list of products purchased & amount paid
As such, the Proof of Purchase should not be thrown away after a product has been registered.
Please note that the warranty and Extended Warranty only cover issues related to production defects - not to issues caused by improper maintenance or wear-and-tear. If a product has been damaged during shipment from a retailer order (not directly purchased from Stokke®), please reach out to the retailer to place a claim with them.
