It is not possible to edit any details such as the delivery address or colour of purchased items once the order has been placed. If you placed your order less than 15 minutes ago, you still have the option to quickly cancel your order - this is the best and most reliable way to avoid future issues with delivery. This is also the only way that you are able to make changes to your order, as Stokke® Customer Service cannot apply changes.
Within the first 15 minutes, it is possible to cancel the order via the order confirmation page, via the confirmation e-mail or on your Stokke® account under the Orders tab.
In case the initial 15 minutes have passed, you would be able to request assistance from Stokke® to assist with the address update. However, even so, there is no guarantee that the address can be updated before it is shipped out. Depending on capacity, Stokke® warehouses may have an order processed and shipped within just a matter of hours, so such update requests cannot always be processed in time.
If the order has already left the warehouse, Stokke® can reach out to logistics partners with this request, but there is no guarantee that this will be implemented in time - this largely depends on the carrier and their processes.
If the delivery address is entirely invalid or partially missing, it is likely to return to the warehouse once the carrier realizes this.
