Stokke® has a wide range of products within its portfolio and each product either has a unique serial number, batch number, or clock symbol - these are nearly always requested whenever a claim is made for a product, to ensure that the product is authentic and to gather data to monitor the quality on newer product batches.
Products which come with serial numbers often have them on white stickers, though in the case of the Tripp Trapp® Chair, it is printed onto the bottom right leg. As Stokke® is a Norwegian company, it follows the local date format of either DD.MM.YY or DD.MM.YYYY - please note that this format also applies to products that have been sold within North American markets.
