Several, but not all Stokke® products can be registered for Extended Warranty. This is a voluntary decision made by Stokke® to offer an extra guarantee for products that are meant to be durable and stand the test of time. The Extended Warranty extends the warranty period to either 3 or 7 years, depending on the product. 7 years is typically only awarded to products made of wood.
In order to check if your product is eligible for registration for Extended Warranty, please log in to your Stokke® account and proceed to the warranty registration portal. This first page with the dropdown options always provides the most up-to-date list of products eligible for registration.
The Extended Warranty is applicable to several product lines, but not to all the products within the product line. For example, the Tripp Trapp® and the Tripp Trapp® Newborn Set are eligible for Extended Warranty registration, but smaller accessories such as the Baby Set, Cushions, Tray and Storage are not and therefore are not found on the list.
The Tripp Trapp® is an exception where "Chair" is not offered as an option - instead, you must choose if you have a Beech, Oak or Ash Chair. If your product does not explicitly state "Oak" or "Ash", then it means you have a Beech chair. Beech chairs are the most common.
Please note that the warranty and Extended Warranty only cover issues related to production defects - not to issues caused by improper maintenance or wear-and-tear. If a product has been damaged during shipment from a retailer order (not directly purchased from Stokke®), please reach out to the retailer to place a claim with them.
