In case an active promotion suggests a complimentary item in the event of the purchase of another product, please note that the promotion description leads the user to add the complimentary item to their basket. The complimentary item is not added automatically, as it is the user's responsibility to choose if they want the complimentary item, and if yes, in which of the available colors.
All promotional discounts are applied in the basket during check-out.
Depending on the country of the promotion and the nature of the promotion itself, it is possible that even though something may be promised as complimentary, Stokke® may need to impose a small charge (1 unit of local currency) which will be displayed in the basket. In the unlikely event that you see a price on a complimentary item, it is most likely due to customs requirements of each item needing to contain a price. Such an event may occur in Europe when the destination country is located outside of the EU.
