If a Stokke® product is listed cheaper at a 3rd party website, it is entirely up to any individual to choose to purchase it there or on the Stokke® website. Stokke® works with countless retail partners globally and it is entirely possible our partners might have special offers or discounts. Stokke® will not price match in such instances and encourages customers to take advantage of such offers. We encourage to proceed with such a purhcase and to hold on to the proof of purchase in case of a potential future claim - additionally, if the product is eligible for Extended Warranty, it is recommended tor register it on the Stokke® website to benefit from an extended warranty period.
It is simply important to know that the warranty terms are eligible for purchases made at authorized retail partners. However, warranty is not valid for second hand purchases, as Stokke® cannot guarantee the quality, or even authenticity, of a used product, nor of a product sold by a 3rd party that claims it to be unused but is not partnered with Stokke®. Purchases made from such 3rd parties have been reported to us as having missing components, looking different compared to official images, or simply being of subpar quality. Such claims must be made directly to the seller if it is not from one of the official Stokke® partners - this is part of why Stokke® always asks for a proof of purchase to determine if the product has come from an official source.
