How long is the warranty period on my product?

All products sold at Stokke® come with a warranty, though some are eligible for Extended Warranty. In many cases, one or more products within a product family may be eligible for an Extended Warranty, whereas other products within the same product family might just come with the standard warranty period and no possibility of extension. It's important to remember that the Extended Warranty is only valid if the product has been registered for Extended Warranty. If the product was purchased directly from the Stokke website, the Extended Warranty is automatically applied internally and does not require any additional registration.

Depending on local consumer protection laws, the standard warranty period may be longer than 2 years, as 2 years is simply the standard offered within Europe and North America.

To take advantage of the standard warranty or the optional Extended Warranty in the event of potential manufacturing defects, the original Proof of Purchase from an official partnered retailer must be kept and submitted along with imagery of the issue and other required details using the Warranty & Claims form.
